    What coils did you get ?

      trimmed up my sleeve pieces for my own coilovers getting them lathed true tomorrow then off to be welded!!!

        I was going to get Yellow Speed coils. I did some research on them and people from M3s to Integras rated them above stuff like BCs, with use in auto-x and track days. They're all the rage for the BJ chassis right now on other forums. Plus, they were lower on the price totem, so I ordered ones "for an MX3" because I liked the spring rates better. However, they said that they only had one set left which was damaged and missing some stuff, so I got an upgrade to D2 RS free of charge.

        *update* I emailed them again and told them to just send me Yellows for a 323. I'll deal with the higher front spring rates.

          I was up visiting my folks with my friend Adam this weekend, sold some rear spindles, did a boost leak test to find my lower injector spacers/seals aren't sealing on a few of the injectors (had the inlet pipe capped off with my tire valve, then capped off the exhaust pipe...worked VERY well) also found a few boost leaks that we fixed up...damn thing whistles/hisses/leaks past 3psi still though

          ...so gonna have some fmic pipes bent up for me next month...gotta get this thing reliable for the winter!!!

            Trying to install a relocated hazard switch near my A/C switch. Tired of the ford ones in the top of the column that always break.

                    Done a boost leak test and found a few leaks, also I'm having slow spooling problems so I checked the actuator and it was slightly open :/ A little bit of fiddling and it closed so I greased the hell out of it! Will test drive tomorrow

                    Anyone had an issue with the actuator like this befor on a VJ20?

                      only when I had it installed at the swing arm backwards (pushed up through, vs pushed down)

                      I did a boost leak test as well (cap/valve on turbo inlet and cap'd the tail pipe) and turns out everything leaks! lol injector lower spacer/seals, some of the IC piping I worked on...blah!!! Got most of the piping solid but god this noise it makes is driving me insane!!! It's been doing it for a while now too...I barely get past -10vac (I don't go into boost, or beat on it like this) and you can hear the damn thing fartin/leaking up a storm.

                          Picked up a set of 2000 ES 4 lug 5 spoke wheels from a local guy for $30, not a bad price. Need to get some rubber now.

                            installed MSII and started car .. ran ok for 30 seconds , went gross rich and now idles like crapola .. i musta changed something inadvertently ... oh installed new WB 02 sensor as well ..

                              you do realize those rates are high for our cars (fronts at least)

                              5 or 6K would be my max. personally i can't really see too much practical use otherwise.

                                7 & 8k aren't as bad as you think Ryan lol. I've had both on my car and it was fine for daily, would have been MUCH better if I had adjustable dampening though. Then they'd be bad ass. Currently running #350s on ZX2 spec struts with no complaints at all though.
