I can pull the blower today too and check that, but I did pull the plastic bit that covers the blower inlet on the cowl and look in and didn't see anything.

we're getting snow tomorrow, so swapping in the stock suspension and throwing on some snow tires takes priority today.

Picked up my upper radiator hose from Mazda dealership today. The sales guy that came out to try and sell me a car this time asked me about about what I was driving. Seemed like he'd never seen a first gen protege before.


Hood looks acceptable now too, So current priorities are headliner and sunroof replacement.

Oh clutch is slipping too. Fun.

Went to home depot for a 4'x8'x2" sheet of High Density Foam for some upcoming projects for a new business I am working on starting. Strapped it to the roof basket of the hatch, and brought it home. Got lots of weird looks on the way home. Not too often you see a modified and lowered car with building materials on the roof I guess.

Lookin' good! And hell yeah, I use the crap out of that basket! this car doubles as my truck as well as my toy... I've hauled furniture, scrap metal, hoods, transmissions, wheels and tires, you name it in that basket.

Thanks! I had a 2 hole bumper, but decided to trade it. I really want a 3 hole, but it'll have to wait til next year

Excuse my ignorance if you've talked about your heat problem already; I've been AFK for a few weeks.

I had a strange heat problem in my old 626. Flushed the heater core, changed the thermostat, nothing worked. I checked behind the dash, and the linkage for the heat flap was broken off. Could be something to check.
