Took it for a drive in the rain, slid it into the ditch and into a tree; it's totaled. I don't think anything is worth saving, as it burned.

I finished swapping fuel pumps and putting on a new valve cover gasket, and took it out for a ride, but found out my brakes are not working right and my new valve cover gasket leaks.... This sucks.... I'm just parking the dang thing for a while until I decide what I want to do with it.... It's starting to be a headache.

2.0L SOHC is a non-interference motor. Now if a valve seat dropped that is another story. No bg chassis Escort ever had a interference engine. Some early 1st gen escorts did but not the 2nd or 3rd gens.

the manual says it's an interference motor, I was going by that since idgaf about these ****ing boat anchors.

Thats a lot of wheel gap.

But, when doing major dropage in the front for major low, would I need camber bolts in the front? Bc when I lowered it, they charged me $90 for bolts and install on the rear. SO if i can avoid that by buying some ST camber bolts for the front, I will.

But what did I do? Nothing. Been driving the gf's Mazda 3 since my havy no ac in the bg.

slot the strut mounts if you don't have camber plates.

I can't remember hearing about someone needing crash bolts on a BG
