^^ naah, it's the passenger side, where the halfshaft meets the CV axle, not where the halfshaft goes into the tranny.

In theory, you SHOULDN'T have any problems, but under the right circumstances, you could pull the inner joint away from the halfshaft, let crud get inside there, then start building up, then eventually make one of the joints bind becaus it's compressed too much.


What did I do? absolutely nothing. dismounted some tires from my Volvo wheels, yanked some old hoosiers off of my Corolla wheels, and mounted some Hankook slicks. I'm getting busy at work again, so now I'm kinda wiped when I get home, and don't want to do any work (car or otherwise).

So far- tested out another coil wire. Another full set of spark plug wires
along with the new optical disty fitted.

still haven't touched the wagon, but I put a new timing belt and tensioner on my little sister's 98 wagon and it's back to normal... awesome.

next month I should finally be able to work on the wagon again and start making some interesting changes...

Finally got the new engine (used) installed in the ZX2, runs great, but now it has a nasty power steering leak from the pressure line on the pump. After that its off to its new owner.

Looked at the huge dead bird that has been stuck in my front bumper for several days now, trying to figure out how to get it out of there. lol

Also, my exhaust leak worsens, part number for 5 bolt VJ20 exhaust gasket? Can't find it anywhere.

Lol, no. They're endangered, I wouldn't drive around with that in my bumper! It's just some fat robin or something.
