Nice score! Weird, I've never noticed that extra window by the c-pillar on the four door hatch before.

Thanks Guys, I'm itching to get some miles in it to start doing it up. I want it to be near silent in the interior... close to no rattles or wind noise, and super smooth ride quality. Ksports are actually really nice in that department. Some Fat-Mat or whatever that stuff is called will help with the interior noise. I am willing to sacrifice some weight reduction in search of comfort for this one. Leather interior is on the list too. Finally more power is going to be needed to fulfill the sleeper department.

Jack- It's an LX. Some have reflectors, and some do not. I used to know what was what, but I've forgotten a lot about this car since I never thought I was going to end up with one. I've wanted a white 5door forever now, and this one came up so I had to check it out. It barely passed the clean factor test... and it needs some mechanical stuff... Brakes and seatbelts are the first two things to knock off that list. Eventually it will be super perfect.

Oh, and KaleoXtreme, I'm not exactly sure why I like them sooooo much, but that little window is definitely a factor.

Brought my race car up to the garage. It's going to be raced by my grandpa this saturday at the enduro race at WIR. (Wisconsin International Raceway.) His escort gt was totalled last race, and our backup car, an escort lx, hasn't been run in a year or two, and we figured that he would do way better in my car, as it's WAYYYYY faster than his lx. Also, if it finishes the race, I get to run it in the double o race. (basically a safer, less destructive figure 8 race. We use the 1/4 mile short track and one of the turns on the 1/2 mile track. Very hard to explain to someone that's never seen one. ) I love running double o races because the seem to favor aggressive drivers, and I'm an agressive driver, so I have a good chance at winning.

Probably because it's the only other 4 door hatchback that shares a Mazda chassis in North America, other than the GD chassis 626 lol. Such a win! Take a picture with the hatch open and all 4 doors haha people aren't use to that here.

Cody, if you're gonna daily that thing you need a BP with a big turbo. I get ~29 mpg, can you do that with a KL?

Lower reflectors were an LX Sport thing, IIRC.

I average 8l/100km, which is 29mpg with my KL daily driver. Stock except headers. Which is slightly better than my baby turbo BP gets.

I got 27MPG on my last fill-up. I have three engine choices for this one, all waiting to go. BP4W, KL or F2T... Decisions, decisions. It's hard to choose the smallest displacement, but then again, it will still be plenty for my goal. I just want it to be clean. Whichever swap I go with, will be tucked like a motha****er.

I think I may just boost the 1.9 for the winter too. It needs it, and I have everything needed, save for some easy fabrication.
