mazda interplay hatchback Re painting with Milano Red

Need advice for paint my car.

My mazda interplay hatchback originally came with black color after that second owner painted with red color. Car more than 20 years old.

im planning to re paint my car. because Current paint quality not good. Prefer following
Option1. Paint same red color.(full paint: Debeer 2k 500 series)( Milano Red 2012 Honda Fit color)
Option2. Paint with red (Milano Red and Back Color with design.
Ex. Bonnet with Black and side mud guard red, bumper red and Black. Doors red

    Please advise me following
*.I don’t have current red color code. Anybody recommend good color code(red)?
*.Is there orders do we need to follow for paint. Because my painter told we should high Primers. He is telling correct thing? also some old paint or bubbles in my car body.
*.if someone can give me good painting design for my car,
*.Can you help me to get Milano Red 2012 Honda Fit color code? Click image for larger version

The most common Milano Red is R81. First result on Google.

Just paint the car all one colour.

Do whatever you like. It's your car.

I'm not a paint expert, but I'm sure if the paint is applied correctly, it will look nice for a long time.
