power loss in awd vs fwd on bpt motors?

so my question really is how much power loss is there in the awd setup compared to the fwd? ive googled it but never can get a good answer to it with our cars. anyone have any idea how much?

To really find out you'd 'have to dyno the one engine in an awd car, then swap gearboxes and try it again, since locking the centerdiff and disconnectin the rear propshaft and dynoing the fronts is likely to result in kaboom...the general rule of thumb says awd loses 10-15% compared to fwd but I kinda wonder about that figure. I sure ain't curious enough to do this experiment however.

'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.
