This is my first car I have a 93 mazda protege dx and I'm would like to increase the horsepower, but I don't know how and what to buy.I know it's not going to be cheap but I am willingly to put 2 years into this car and around 5000 dollers into it over the time. i just need a little help and examples, videos and places where i can find parts.

oem grill
oem right door interior trim
oem head linear
axles
lowering springs
intercoolers
turbo's
cold air intakes
exaust systems
etc.
step by step process
should i switch it to manual?
should i get a new car?
what is the most hp i can reach?
am i able to use other parts from different years like
1995 1994 1992 1991?
I just need a huge understanding on what type of car i have

Generally, I'd suggest a 5-speed swap, and a turbo. In that order. The BG chassis runs from 1990-1994. Some parts also interchange from other years/models.
