I had to go through your other posts to make sure you weren't trolling... it seems to me if you have a 600 hp awd gtx, you don't need to ask this question. But where you live, OK it might be tough to find parts and info... Look up Tilton, have them build you a twin disc setup. Or OS Gikken. It will be a custom build of course.

I live in Uruguay, in South America, everything is more difficult, no parts for my engine and gearbox, I buy everything in usa.

Just for reference "stage" is a marketing gimmick/buzz word and generally met with mockery in more serious automotive communities.

As for your situation I would imagine the pressure plate is more of a problem than the clutch disc itself. You should be able to get those re-sprung locally at like a industrial truck repair place. What side of the disc is shredding first? Are you launching at full boost?

yes, my launch control is with 1 bar (with slicks) I need a lot of pressure in the plate.

If you are launching a 600hp mill through the awd tranny you don't have a clutch problem. From the looks of the pics of the center diff gears in pieces there is nothing happy going on in that tranny. A bigger clutch will just kill the rest of your gearbox.

Aw man, I just sorta assumed you did a trans swap. Yeah, sorry, at this point a slipping clutch is a net benefit. No way can a mazda awd gearbox survive what you're doing to it. By being careful and never dumping the clutch l I've managed to only break 2 at half your hp level in what.. 6 years or so. Spec, or those other outifts I mentioned, will fix the clutch problem but you *will* be changing out transmissions with every other launch. Maybe more often than that..

It won't be long, regardless if the prop shaft is on or not.
