im so glad that this started up again, but pissed in a way that a perfectly good GTR will be destroyed for some messed up, bound-to-fail, hybrid project.
as for this pic.... theres a program called CAD if u are interested in designing an entire new front end/subframe for the new engine layout, microsoft paint just might not be so accurate

He isn't designing a subframe, he is designing a truck bed to fit on the front.
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.
the gtr was in a frontal accedent so its hardly destroying just bringing it back from the dead if you guys just wanna flame il stop this thread all together

nice attempt! Too bad I am better at math than you are at microsoft paint! Why not try something that is more within your price range. Maybe something you will be able to enjoy before your retirement.

Don't stop at 40 psi though, Hondas in my class (Hot Rod) routinely run in the mid 50s (I know of one that goes 54 psi all the time) - all you have to do is sleeve it a little more for extra protection.
At some point where you near 0 displacement, you should theoretically achieve tremendous boost capabilities (well over 150) which would allow you to safely make that power and smoke all the naysayers. There is a fellow in Canada that is doing interesting things to another GT-R, I would almost pay to see what brainchild you two can come up with
Wow, i jst read this thread, an all i can do is laugh i hope it keeps goin. Cause i gt to see were this ends up. As far as the bp block goes, the highest iv seen is 800hp plus out of a rwd escort, here in florida by a local shop. Car has over 25grand in it, its sik, but thats alot of money. Custom head, tranny(auto), an rear end.
