Just curious if there was an ideal spring rate for these - I installed them on my car, and wanted to match some tighter springs with them - maybe close the gap a little, too. Some brand names would be nice to go along with the recommended rates too, since many places neglect to mention the rates of the springs they're selling.

most companies won't give you their spring rates.... I use H&R mx3 springs...

they are designed to be matched to the eibach pro-kit springs. they are progressive, with thier stiffest rate being about 300 up front, and 180 in the rear. so i wouldnt go much higher than that.
what kind of springs do you have now?
