Energy Suspension ZX2 kit conversion

I'll be getting the ES kit since it's a good price and I won't need to replace the rear TTL bushings (still visible part numbers ftw!). At least not for now lol.

Just curious as to what I'll need to convert over to this...I know of the rear LCA bracket has to be from the larger later years...but is there anything else I'm missing?

Also any idea if the ES supplier can substitute for the proper swaybars as well, I know the ZX2 has larger front and smaller rear bars...

I went through the bushing guide, but there wasn't much detail as to the kit, since it's much cheaper than Superpro and purchased individually.

actually you need to use the smaller front lca rear mounts. (had both big and small and they dont fit the big shells) I have installed this entire kit minus the sway bar mount bushings and the rack bushings since they dont fit. I bought es 3/4" swaybar mounts for the front and rear, rear is actually 13/16 so I had to drill them out a bit, using a 13/16" drill bit. pain in the ass but came out great.

I would say so. Smaller shells come on 90-93 pros and I guess all zx2, since that is what the kit is actually for. My friends 94 has bigger shells. But yeah, all the bushings fit great, except for the ones mentioned earlier.

I have the hyper flex zx2 kit Jack.

LCA and shells-fit
Rear TTL(that's the one that goes from front to back not side to side right?)-fit
Endlinks-fit
Steering rack-no go with mazda rack
Sway bar bushings-well front would work but you'd have to use the zx2 bar, same with the rear
Shifter bushing-fit

I think that's the whole kit. Mines a 93.

sweet sounds good, i'll be putting this on the list haha, it doesn't seem so far away with an outline...just hate waiting til after winter to be able to work on it (body and paint)
