If you can wait till it warms up a little, and till I can get the money for the delrin, i'll do it for the price of the delrin plus shipping. That sound ok?
edit; do you have some poly endlinks? You'll need 1 per corner. as in 3 delrin plus 1 poly per corner.

Because delrin has no "give" to it, to allow movement without breakage, but keeps things tight.

no, I don't have any poly ones. I only have stock rubber ones..... Do you know where I can find just four individual ones? I think everyone sells just sets.

And that sounds fine. I won't be racing until march or april anyway.

But do you mean all I have to do is pay for the materials and shipping, and you'll do it? Or do you mean materials & shipping + amp?

No amp needed, not into that. Just materials + shipping. Just win one for us!
I got ES part #9.8105G for $10. Takes 3/8 bolts. Gives you 4 spares. Still cheap!
Here's a link for them, or find them at autozone like I did.

              I'll try, lol! Thanks!

And I'll look into those es ones. thanks for the info!

Oh, i almost forgot! If you want a better rear bar than the egt bar, try an escort wagon bar. It's same diameter of the gt bar, but it's solid, so it's stiffer.

I'll have to try that when I put my zx2 front bar on! Cars very balanced for now, but not quite there yet. Thanx for the info!

                  Delrin

If your looking for delrin try http://www.iplasticsupply.com/materi...alux-sheet-rod. They have both sheet and rod available and in stock. I used it to make parts for my car and it machines great.

I can see the sway bar mount being a solid bearing to keep it located, however the endlinks need to allow for angular misalignment from bound/rebound and roll. Are these delrin pucks machined in a way that allows the endlinks to rotate on the bars like a ball joint? Otherwise I would think you would add bind and constrain the suspension.

Here is the original delrin endlink thread with tests http://www.wihandyman.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29152

i was one of the first to purchase these from josh and loved them. never had bind like you are suggesting. The stiffer bushings would help keep the sway bar from twisting as much and therefore help keep the other tire firmly planted on the road.
