    this seems right!
cause when Just Brakes rebuilt my rear calipers(a precedure i do not recomend 300+ in total)
when he was reaching for a grip on the spring or strut boot thing
he found a peice of spring inside the thing that holds the spring on the strut
just a little maybe 7-8 inch section of spring, sitting at the bottom of the rear spring
this really seems to apply to what ive been feeling
    thanks i hope

      okay
im pretty positive about the springs needing replacement
there is an autocross this weekend
and i want to be able to go
      SO
If i head down to the junkyard and get some stock , used springs from an escort ZX2 or mazda MX-3 , shoot over and rent a spring compressor.
I can replace my springs right?
the how to , replacing ZX2 struts isn't working

      But here are some questions
can i use stock ZX2 or MX-3 springs? are there rates stiffer?
Im worried about them being a little higher and monster trucking my little car.

will the springs be alright used?
its only a temp fix, for maybe 2 months, until i can compile some new struts and proformance springs

will those springs work with my struts?, do i need to pick up some new bushings or something to reduce noise?

should i just have a shop do it in 2 hours? or try and do it myself in 4? 5?

also, while im in there i want to replace my front sway bar bushings, finally!

my endlink isnt even connected on one side
and i need to cut both bolts off so i can replace it with new endlink bushings and bolts
should i just do the endlinks?,
how realistic is replacing those sway bar bushings with normal tools
i have the new onesm how big of a diffrence will new stock ones make over the ones in there

      sigh
      i hope this works

      so, to sum up..
      advice?
