I have a 96 DX automatic and lately the button u push in on the shifter has been very hard to push in out of park, and yes i have the brake applied. I dont know whats going on and im selling it soon and that doesnt look very good. Any help is appreciated. thanks.

transmission's not coming outta park ... dont know much about autos but it doesn't sound very good. Maybe the lock pin is bent or something like that.

yea i can hear the click once i apply the brake, i usually have to kinda jiggle the shifter or jus keep pumping the brake until i can push it in, and yes the car is running.**SOLD**
