    Need timing specs

    '95 protege DX 1.5 Changed water pump and now need timing marks from T-belt that moved on me. Thanks a bunch!!

    Is this what you mean by timing specs?-
    ATX BTDC 9 - 11 deg at 700-800 rpm
    MTX BTDC 9 - 11 deg at 650-750 rpm
    1997 Mazda Protege LX 1.5L

      According to a haynes manual on the crank shaft there's a pin looking thing and that needs to be at the 12 o'clock position. Camshaft you will see 3 timing marks. The Z mark is at the 12 o'clock position. Hope that helps.
