BP Questions

This is my first post!!XD im some what of a noob to this! so i got mad questions some probably asked more then once on here but

#1 i got about 165,000 miles on my BP in thinking bout finding a low mile BP but if i was to rebuild it im looking into boring the block WOULD I LOOSE TORQUE if i done that and if so would stroking fix that??

#2 whats max boost i could pull off on a stock bottom end BP?

#3 with a good tune you think 14pounds hold up on stock bottom??

Yes 14 should hold up.

But for the rest, er...

What are you going to use for pistons if you bore it out? And how were you planning on stroking it?
