Yup that's what mine looks like also...

Also you see that black rubber part on the bottom. I used the same factory one that was on the car.

Why did you use the same filter over again?
Don't you see how it looks compared to the new filter.
I just used the new one.

So, Bruce... How's the pump working for ya? I am going to pick one up myself very soon and was wondering if you have additional observations.

i ised some cool ass zip ties for mine, my setup is way diffrent then those, the pump is fairly loud, you can hear it when at idle, but not too bad.

The pump seems to be working pretty good. I have not noticed any problems with it.
It is very quiet though. I can't hear it at idle or when I start up. It is very quiet for some reason.

Ben, maybe yours is loud because you're running it at higher pressures?

His pressure only raises when his FMU sees boost.

BTW, I got my Rising Rate Fuel pressure regulator in yesterday from Mental Addiction. (who I most of my turbo parts from).

                      It's a sweet peace

                              mine is installed now
the question i had though bruce, is that rubber thing that you put on the bottom of the pump, then the metal bracket over it.... i couldnt do that
the filter on the walbro pump faces the opposite way than the factory pump, so i couldnt fit the bracket.... how did you make yours fit?
