Hi, I was hoping someone may be able to help me. I have just bought a 1996 Mazda 323 Protege and the rubber boot at the base of the gear shift is completely unattached at the base. I can see several sort of tabs on the bottom of the rubber boot and the base has slits but I want to know how to attach it properly. Thank you.
