How to remove roof rain channels

Heres some pics
Start from the back of the car(unlike in this pic) its easier. And you should wrap the screw driver in electrical tape.

Pull it up slightly untill you can't lift it easily. The use the screw driver again to pop one side out and pull the other out by hand. I couldnt take a pic of this. Sorry

Woot off the car.

Just pop it back on. Its labled on the bottom so you cant put it on wrong.
