    Code p0170

I've searched for this code and found it to be fuel something something and posts have suggested the common fix is to replace the intake manifoldgasket. Has anyone personally fixed or dealt with this problem? I need to fix this to pass emissions in California. Thanks!

    This is what P0170 is:

P0170 is BANK1 FUEL TRIM MALFUNCTION

    Detection Condition:
Fuel injection closed loop correction and learning correction are above the specified value because of system malfunction.

As far as possible cause, the manual lists 25 of them! However most of them have to with fuel injector/pump/filter/delivery or return hoses, pressure regulator, coil, distributor, intake/exhaust leak, loss compression, MAF/TPS/o2 sensors, and last but not least short or open circuits in the wire harness.

Ive seen Intake manifold gasket cause this code to pop up, may want to look into it, spray some brake cleaner or something similar all around it, see if the idle changes at all.
