Could try charging the system. That may work.

Well that's what I thought but when I bought the recharge kit r134 on advance the gauge read my system was way overcharged so I brought it down to Normal andstill not blowing cold
noticed my ac fan doesnt turn on or the compressor turn but revs increase wen I turn it on

Hold on a minute, your compressor doesn't turn and you're wondering why the A/C doesn't work right? Your compressor must be working when you turn on the car and as soon as it heats up it stops working. I can't explain the rev increase, though.

perhaps the engine is tryin to get the compressor goin but to no avail.

That sounds right unless the rise in rev he's talking about is only when the A/C somewhat works. Yeah, it's probably trying to get the thing turning and not being able to do it, it still raises the revs.

i dunno what it was think compressor kicked in sometimes and other times it didnt... dad got tired of driving my car without AC when i was at work so just went to the shop had then get a junkyard compressor and install it and charge it up...$245 later i had AC free to me :D

Well, like I said, a compressor not turning is self-explanatory.

t sounds like it's too late now, but the compressor won't kick on unless there is a minimum R134a pressure. Put a gage on the low pressure side and it will probably read about 60 psi until the compressor kicks on. The engine revs because the switch for the AC sends a signal to the idle to compensate for the extra demand on the engine. Once the compressor starts up you need to look at the pressure. Sometimes you have to rev the engine a bit to get the Freon pressure up. Look at both the high pressure and low pressure sides. With the compressor running you should have around 25-35 psi (ball park - depends on temp) on the low side and around 175 -200 on the high side. If you drained the pressure down to below 35psi with the compressor not running, you probably don't have enough pressure in it to activate the switch to start the compressor.
