    Guess my 2nd gens weight.

    I had to get the hell out of the house.

    So I finally got the 2nd gen weighed.
    Also had 3/4 a tank of petrol and random **** inside the cabin.
    Here's a brief summary of weigh +/-

    Stupidly large wheels short gain probably
    AC removal loss
    pw steering removal loss
    sub gain
    useless wiring removal short loss
    aftermarket wiring short gain
    aftermarket rear bumper loss
    side skirts gain
    heavy ass awr sway bar gain


    Off of my head that's a pretty good list.

          The question was how much the car weighs.

                      But that ab foam that I Absolutely DONT have in the car sure does add the weight. Guess If I took out the sub and cleaned the crap out I could get right at ~2400 or so with me in it.

                          **** my bg weighs more than the 2nd gen.

                          And its going to weigh alot more when I get done with it -heated seats, nice audio set up etc.

                          Also the bg handles like a tank in comparions to the bha.

                          Aside from the failtacular eninge that most of them have and obd2 theres no reason to dislike the 2nd gen.

                            wow. that's light. Wish I could get my 4wd under 2500lb dry.
                            No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

                              i've always liked the 2nd gens. the only time i'd ever purchase one if it was an ES (canada BP powered). I'm getting pissed off converting DX/base models into what they should be.

                              nice weight though, i hope my 323 is around there.
