Low pres. ac reads 150psi!? any clue?

MY ac quit blowing cold so I decided to try and recharge. I put the gauge on the low pressure valve and the pressure reads 150. It's the valve right in the middle behind the radiator. Any clue.

I checked the ac on my truck and the gauge read right, so I know the gauge is working.

Are you sure the clutch was spinning? Sounds like off-cycle pressure...equalized...like the clutch aint spinnin and the pump aint pumpin..

I have not bothered with AC on this one, but generally high suction means overcharge or bad valves in compressor.... confirmed by highside reading

Did you measure with the AC on?
