Thanks for all the help! It was the Room Fuse, but for some reason "room" was scratched out so it was hard to find.

The Check engine light has gone off for now. I am going to try and drive it for a day or two to see if the light comes back on. If it does not, I will try and take it in for smog.

Even if the light does not come on, is it possible for the ECU to have codes but the CEL is not coming on?

    Thanks again!
    So far so good,
now that the power has been restored to the computer,it can perform its tests and monitors.
If there is an issue with evap or catalyst ect. ,you will find out soon enough.....
    good luck,keep us posted

I have driven it now to work, 40 miles away from my house.

My 95 says it was built in 9/94. It has both ports, the OBD1 and the OBDII under the dash also. It had power to it but no one could get the code reader to work before. I think it must have been the Room Fuse.

One other think, I dont have the FEN pin on my OBDi port. There is TEN and Gnd. But, where the FEN should be, there is no metal contact in the slot.

Do you think I should still put it on a Tester before I smog it?

if the check engine light isn't on, a reader isn't going to tell you anything, after 80 miles i would hope that it has run most of its checks, you could try googling OBDII drive cycle, an experienced person can run something like 90% of the tests in about 4 minutes

          So,

I drove it right over to the Smog shop on my lunch break, the Check Engine light was still not on. As soon as the smog tech got in the car, and drove it into the smog bay, the CEL Came back on.

I was unable to get the check engine light to blink by shorting the 2 pins, TEN and Gnd. So I think I will have to get someone with a OBDii to check the codes now.

            Did the fuse blow?

              No, the Fuse is fine.

If it does blow, i must have a short right?
The clock is still on so I know I did not blow the fuse.

If the fuse blows then the circuit is either shorted or overloaded.
If the clock came back to life after you changed the fuse, and its still on now then most likely the fuse is OK
In which case you are the proud owner of a trouble code.
I believe you need to get the code read using a code reader connected to the diag connector under the dash.

                  Next Update:

Found someone that read the codes for me.

                  P0135 - o2 Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank1 Sensor1)
The guys at Auto Zone have a new Pre-Cat o2 Sensor on its way. I will put that in tomorrow.

U-1100 - Code Defined by Manufacturer
C016B - Not found in Data Base

These last two codes I cant find any information for on the internet. Any help on these ones?

Man, this is really turning into some project.

Dont worry about the u-1100 or the c016b
O2 heater circuits are no big deal, most likely the sensor.
You can check the resistance across the heater circuit of the o2 sensor(disconnected) if you want to verify it.
