I have a solution to the oil drain but you need to drop the pan. Oil, water lines won't be hard bring me the bits an ill get ya set up to plumb it up. Lookin good so far. If ya get stuck I'm just up the road

finally got a set of SS braided lines that fit the saab turbo. 3rd times a charm I guess.at least now I have fittings for every other t25 so if this one ever fails I can easily sub in a different t25.

probably gona take the car apart next friday and put everything together

^ why in gods name would you ever run that SS braided CRAP! its far cheaper to bend your own SS line & buy tube sleeve/nut according to the AN size.
I ****ing utterly hate SS braid. IMHO it looks tacky as sin

ya i first tried bending the stock saab lines which seemed fine with the turbo oriented with intake on drivers side. then I tried doing a copper drain line, it didnt work out, then i was gonna get lines made by silex but we couldnt fit the right size fittings for the metal lines to connect to AN fittings with stuff we could find locally everything had to be ordered in which takes time, then I tried bending the saab hardlines again and they broke when i tried to clock the turbo and rebend the lines to the new positioning. then i just got so fed up with this I just caved and got the ebay kit and fittings. then i got the wrong fittings twice as the saab is a bit of an oddball t25. if something goes wrong with these lines again im throwing out the whole turbo kit lol jk

I ended up having to make a little brace for the wastegate bracket to position it further away from the turbo. And then a JDM bend to the WG actuator arm to keep it moving freely

how are you adding support/bracing to the turbo from the block???
