A few people on www.protege5.com have done it to their ES, P5s etc. I believe the cost was around $2gs, but they did the work themselves. You can definitely turbo an auto. Just don't do much more than 5-6psi. People on the other board have run into problems with more.

yeah.
i'm looking for a 5spd but I think I need a new one.. all the used ones i've driven have raped clutches/gears...
and the ES GTs are too small... damn moonroofs!
