Kartboy Shifter and Busings

Allright guys I am brand spanking new so take it easy........

I have read a good bit about "what to modify first" and I am interested in buying a Kartboy shifter setup. I guess shifter, bushings and knob. I searched throughout the archives and could not find, the best place to buy. Any suggestions?
