    Changing an automatic Protege to manual?

    hi, i have a 2001 Mazda Protege LX 2.0, and it is automatic, but i would like to have manual instead. It has about 48K miles on it, would it be worth it to have it converted to manual, or would it make more sense to sell it, and buy one with a manual instead? Thoughts? Thanks.

    depends on how much work you wanna put into it?

    switching auto to manual is a pretty stressful job from what I hear.

          How about buying an mp3 instead? There is one nearby with a manual (2003) for $14k.. Would that be worth it?
