thats doesnt look near as bad as I thought at first when you described it.
It looks like it could be fixed to lift up by bending the hangars on the muffler.
I paid like $170 for mine, won off eBay but found out after the Dealer was like 20 minutes from here. The sound is really loud at +75mph freeway speeds, ergo the reason I installed a bigger/better stereo. It still is not near as loud as the '00 Si CAI and Thermal Dyn Exhaust combo.. that thing was really loud.

Yeah I've got the gap too. Except for its even worse for me because the bumper reinforcement was taken out so the exhaust extends back past the bumper a bit.
