    Safe or Not

ok my MSP seems to be unflashed, because i cant find any sticker saying it is. it still has the hesitation issue and a stumble on idle (rarely). if i left it unflashed and just ran a boost controller and ran mabye 8psi, does anyone think this will be a safe idea?

Didn't these cars blow up fairly easily when they first came out? If there is some better software out there get it.

IDK what your stock boost level is but a boost controller can't make it lower than the stock level. If it was me and I was worried about too much boost I'd remove the controller all together.

no no, i said i want to get one, these cars are supposed to get a factory reflash that leans the fuel out. People try adding a BC to the flashed cars then they blow up. My car is unflashed so it runs really rich, so i wanted to know if it would be safe to turn up the boost like 2 psi

a wideband would be a good idea. if you know how rich you're running you can better gauge how high you could go safely.
