hey in my 02 p5 i have A LOT of clutch chatter, as soon as the clutch disengages in 1st the car shakes so much then as i give it gas it stops. What are the causes and effects of clutch chatter and what can be done to fix it?

whats the flywheel look like? is there burned spots on it? if not the pressure plates just weak92 protege lx-

to be honest with you i havent checked any of that because i got the engine and tranny as a combo so when i dropped iti n i never separated engine and tranny. do you think the best thing to do right now would be to drop the tranny and check everything out over there?Comment

if it sat and the rust started to pit the surface at all it can happen, the egt i just put on the road does it a little too..... but it sat for 6-8 months prior...... im just putting on a new flywheel and clutch so i wasnt concerned with mine....92 protege lx-
