New Motor Wont Start. Please Help!!

Hey everyone. I blew the motor in my MP3 so had a motor shipped from japan over. Its still the 2.0 and i used my original header, intake manifold, valve cover and transmission. after dropping it in now the car wont start. there is spark and the fuel is getting to the rail but we tested the injector and they arew not getting any pulse. Was told to try and reset the alarm but cant find the button. Can anyone help out? Please let me know.

There is a timing cog for the crank position sensor behind one of the pulleys. It has a white dot to show which direction to put it on. If it's backwards everything will seem fine, but it won't start.
