2.0l FS oil pan????

Does anyone have pictures of the inside of the FS oil pan??

I thrashed my p5 around today & it seemed like it had missed a point in oil pickup. ticked/rattled like a SOB.

basically curious if there isn't a baffle or something in the oil pan like the BG's have. either way it threw me off quite a bit.

Mine rattles everytime I start it up. Sounds like my pump leaks down.

good lord thats a ****ty design.
mine also rattles virtually everytime I start it up.
perhaps when i pull the motor/trans out i'll pull the pan down too & mod it a bit.

Hmm! I've never had any noise at startup in my '02 FS. So the oil pan design doesn't seem to cause any problems in my case.

the pickup has alot of slop around it vs the BP's design.
So harsh left/right exchanges i could see causing problems (what i did experience)
Its always been a little bit ticky on startup & that im not sure what to attribute to[I keep my oil full]
