the original post. 2nd picture. on top of the intake manifold. with a white plug & a blue shielding
its a 2 port vacuum solenoid with no lines going to it.....

no i did not. I have no idea what goes there..

I believe that is my PRC solenoid valve, i'm going to look up the vacuum diagram for that.
