Need Help! - 03 P5 what sensor is near the cruise control & need pics of lines etc

I just picked up this 2003 Protege5 and the previous owner really rigged up a few broken vacuum lines and I need some help. I can tell from the few terrible pics on Google that the cruise control line is wrong but also don't know what the sensor is near the cruise control and it also has a line that is not connected and the car still has a rough idle after installing new plug/coils/wires/valve cover gasket/knock sensor.

I don't know about your vacuum lines or sensor, but could you have a dirty injector causing your poor idle?
