Upgrading Spark Plugs

What should those plug be gapped at? On a mostly stock FS-DE ?

They're spark plugs, I cannot honestly see how a certain plug will actually increase your performance enough that you would actually feel it (unless your old plugs are REALLY old). It's the placebo effect.

I've done the plug 'upgrade' as well. I had the specified 1.8 plugs in the car they were in great shape and had a nice colour. I also noticed the engine to run slightly rougher on lower rpms. I noticed an increase from 4200rpm or so on.
