has anyone tried to swap the microprocessor from a non-tach cluster to a tach cluster? I'm thinking the non-tach processor won't run the tachometer on the tach cluster...
like everyone else, I'm trying to keep my odometer reading the correct mileage, specially since my 2000 protege has extremely low mileage. I won't find a cluster that shows the correct mileage.
another option for me is to wait until I reach the mileage shown by the tach cluster I'm buying, and to swap at that time!
