No, it wasn't hard at all. You just gotta figure out how the clip sits in there. It literally took me all of 5 minutes to do both of my lights at auto zone's parking lot.

So there really IS a difference between the Osram and the Sylvania Silverstars. Hmm...

Although mine have a blue tint on the bulb itself, the ligth appears to be WHITE with not even the slightest hint of BLUE. I wonder why they put a blue tint on the bulbs.

I like 'em (the Sylvania bulbs) although I wish the lifetime would be longer. I have to change them every 6-7 months or so. I guess if I don't turn my headlights on during the day they will last twice as long.

TheMAN, since you've done research on this topic, why did you decide to get the Osram bulbs?

I was just looking at the Osram/Sylvania Silverstar website and admit that I've been considering these bulbs for some time now. I've been reading how people are saying that the Osram and Sylvania are different, but they are the same company are the not? http://www.sylvania.com/auto/silverstar.htm

Now, my only concern is the life expectancy from them. Will they last longer than that Eurolites that I can only get 8 months out of? Or the NG tec bulbs that blow out after 2 months?

ok... so how long have most of you waited for the Osram lights from PowerBulbs.com?
i ordered them last night cuz i noticed one of my Xenon's was dead...

If it's anything over a weak.. i'm just gonna reinstall the stock bulbs until they get here... (but that would require searching my brain to remember how to install bulbs)

I ordered last Wednesday and they're not here yet... keep in mind they're shipping from England though.

yeah.. i figured as much. i haven't even gotten an e-mail confirming the shipping of my order.
i suppose i'll just have to reinstall stock bulbs for the time being.
