The 99/00 were never offered with black headlights, nor can you buy them.

The process is so damn ridiculously easy. Took me about an hour and a half. And most of that time was spent baking. Total cost for me was $0. I used some paint left over from my interior project.

look like the process is easy i'm just afraid that the headlight will fog up becuase i did something wrong.

It shouldn't fog up. Mine don't and I didn't even try to reseal it with anything special. I just baked it again and held it together while the glue hardened.

i think i'll do that on my day off. i have some gloss black paint from painting my badges and i have all day. what type of glue would you use for this sort of project?

you dont need glue, you use the one thats already on there. It comes off really sticky and it stays like that. When you finish you press it back tight and bake them again.
