Kind of depends on what you mean by everyday driving... the car in the picture is definitely lowered. I'm sure you'd be fine driving on level pavement, but don't try driving over the speedbumps in the grocery store parking lot.

nope, just use fleece to get the basic shape. fleece can be broken apart rather easily, which is why you need to use actual fiberglass to reinforce it.
