finally joined the forumn

Good day, finally had some time to join this great forumn for all the protege owners.I presently own a couple of the mazda vehicles.A 10 sec 2nd gen rx7, still streetable and the company's purchase of a 2003.5 mspd protege..
With only 8,100kms its already modified to 249.9whp with 279ft/lbs of torque at 12psi...soon to be running 0ver 20 psi with our engine component kit.
Our winter project is to build our new essential speed drag car, using you guess it a P5 hatch..exspect to be in the low 11's if not 10 sec range using our products , shedding some lbs..gutting the car and race preparing it.Running turbo and maybe even some spray.
Its nice to finally have some backing for the all the new products for the mazda community from Mountain Mazda.Their located in hamilton ontario.They support our products both in resale and sending all the new mazda's our way to develop products for them and the mazda community.
The next Essential Speed turbo kit is being built for the 4cyl. M6 5spd. 2.3L..which is also the same motor used in the new m3 protege.
anyways enough babble, as i said i never have had the time to join. only to read through the post from the side lines when i had time...Very impressed with the knowledge of the members regarding their rides:-)

Another new guy! Riding a black 2002 lx. Love it better than my old Ford(Found On Roadside Dead) but you guys already knew that.

Probably going to be asking a lot of questions in the performance section, so anybody with experience, please help!
