      I plan on taking it out when I switch to another job because it throws off the color scheme under my hood. Like I had said before, if it rains the street that I HAVE to go down floods like crazy.

        Make sure your Optima battery is secure underneath the hood since it's not as tall as the stock battery. You don't want a fire like what happened to me...

          Well, that's why you have to put the spacer under it and then it's the same height as the factory one. The plastic piece that was around the factory battery fit perfect around the new one after that.
