Which fuse is the cig lighter fuse?

Blew my cig lighter fuse.
Which one is it?

Also, how do you pull the fuses? I was gonna pull each one and check to see which one was blown, but couldn't pull them out.

Found it. #2 on the inside fuse box.

Unfortunately the fuse is still good. So must have a loose wire/connection somewhere.
