Crank No start, BJ with ECU ZL11

    Hi there,

Recently I have a problem on my BJ after fixing oil leak at cam and crankshaft, now it won't start with crank but no spark, CKP sensor and cam sensor replaced. I try to get ODB1 code it read 11, 13, 14, 15, anyone have idea what the problem are?

Sorry for my incomplete information, I have difficulty to get OBD-II of the engine, only got ABS information in OBD-II which is fine. I try the old method to get OBD-I flash code by ground TEN and got those long short flash code. Problem is, ECU pin different from those in protege5-1.pdf.

No blown fuses or relays, funny things is can't get any ODB-II code instead, normally complain bad sensor but this car didn't pull any, so I try the ODB-I but seem can't get correct set of codes.

Will try pull code again after reinstall the fuse box.

Today further diagnostic the no start problem, check with some web page on ODB-2 ISO type, found it's 9141 which is Ford unique code. Plug the DTC play with some Ford profile, match on Ford Laser 1.6L B6 which found a interesting code P1345.

Remove CMP sensor test with conductivity, seem like abnormal as C should not pass to B at any time. Waiting for replacement part, hope that can fix my problem, finger cross.

BTW, the ODB flash code is 11, 13, 14, 15 mean P1345, what a day!

With out luck, crank no start again this morning, no fuel and spark again.....

After repair man do some further inspection, no fuel indeed. After remove fuel pump cover inspect plug, it come back! Suspect poor grounding. I try to reference on wiring manual, can't found Section B-3, as I need to found the way where the grounding wire goes...
