Hey wondering if anyone has had this problem before. My rear brake is staying seized, now this happened on the 14 of Dec. i towed the car in to mazda and they said its never happened before, the tow truck driver told me other wise. This morning the 19 of dec, it happened again. Im pretty pissed right now. its a 03 P5, and to tell you the truth ive been pretty happy with the car.
Now the thing is i do allot of the maintance myself, im an industrial mechanic, so i know my ****. The guys at mazda asked me if i lubed the slider and i told him no, the thing is that doesnt seize anything, the cailper pushs out then back in, even if there is moisture and it freezes, with the heat that the brake and rotor got to it would have unfroze.
Now mazda fixed this problem on the 14, but now like i said it happened again, so if i didnt do the right maintance fine, but they must of done **** all cuz its only been 5 days.
Let me know if there are anyone else in the same boat.
