    Looking for a decent sway-bar...

Where can I buy a decent Rear Stabilizer Bar for my 2002 Protege5?
    Is Racing-beat the best?

Certainly one of the best. It's what I use on my car. To utilize the bar (which is 20 mm diameter), it's necessary to also buy the replacement rear subframe, as well as new modified bushings, both required to mount the rear bar.

When I installed this bar I bought it as part of the MSP/Racing Beat stabilizer bar kit, sold by Mazda, which included the above-mentioned parts plus a new front stabilizer bar (25 mm diameter) and bushings. The kit part # was 0000-8M-C15 but I don't know if it's still available. If you do replace the rear bar I highly recommend that you also replace the front one to maintain balanced handling. A replacement larger diameter rear stabilizer bar alone can lead to unexpected oversteer.

However, according to Racing Beat the endlink mounting flange on the side of the shock absorber needs to be reinforced in order to use a larger diameter stabilizer bar. Failure to do so can result in damage to the stock shock absorbers. Installation of a larger stabilizer bar is not recommended unless the MSP/Tokico shocks with a reinforced endlink mounting flange have been installed first. Before installing the Racing Beat bars I had previously installed the MSP springs and shocks thus circumventing this problem.
