edit: if the overall diameter stays the same the final drive will too. Could actually improve performace if he reduces the weight. . .Comment

I had 18s on my 2000. They weren't too big, I never had problems with rubbing. What is dumb to me is getting 15" rims and then putting a gigantic tire around them.Comment

I dunno, for me it's not so much about size as it is width, I'd really like to be able to mount a wider tire (at least 215) preferrably on a 16, but I dunno, wheels are a bit of a ways off for me.Comment
