WTB: BP for SOHC swap

Hi, Im located in hamilton, on, canada. Im looking to swap a dohc bp into my 1st gen protege.

currently i am running an automatic with 325000km and a blown tranny.

im looking for a standard bp, so shifter parts will be necessary. as will be what else is required for this swap. the engine can be somewhat worn, but nothing over 200000km.

i would prefer if the engine/tranny would be in southern ontario at least.
