You're talking to a guy that has experience on Mazda engine, I've had a 190whp KL engine that idled at 750rpms, and I'm certain I can squeeze "at least" 145whp from a DOHC BP engine and still idle at 750rpms. My goal is to reach close to 150whp.
My cams where able to produce 132whp on a 1.6L Miata engine and idle was still 750rpms, he gained 13whp with only my cams and playing around with cam sprockets.92 323 with BP DOHC
ported/polished head, regrinded cams, JUN adjustable cam gears, ported AFM, ported/knife edged intake manifold.
